Ubuntu 25.04 does not use Ubiquity as its installer.
No bugs should be reported against Ubiquity for future releases of Ubuntu.

I'm moving this to snap-store-desktop as that is the application you seem
to be having a problem with.

Bug description:
  From the 'app center' (snap-store) I can not uninstall LibreOffice
  (appears as not installed) nor Thunderbird (no uninstallation button).
