review all reported bugs in a timely manner.

I'm very sorry but downgrading Ubuntu has never been supported, and no-
one ever tests for it being possible before each Ubuntu release so I'm
closing this as 'Invalid'.

  In my HD is installed ubuntu 24 and I'm trying to downgrade to 22. I
  was intaling and everything was ok until I got back a step and the it
  wasn't able to access my HD anymore

  The problem is in the Ubuntu 22 instalation.

  I'm downgrading because Ubuntu 24 doesn't install a software in a
  Download folder with success. And the default file permission is not
  the same Ubuntu 22 I think.
