I'd like to propose these changes:
https://git.launchpad.net/~mmuetzel/ubuntu/+source/autoconf/commit/?id=3bd7608e0171e2789bf30e0ee998be7bd9b3ffd5
But I don't know the process. Also, don't know if that is helpful at
all...

Title:
Keep "-lmingwex" and "-lmoldname" in linker flags for MinGW
Status in autoconf package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Please, cherry-pick this change from upstream:
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/autoconf.git/commit/?id=9ff9c567b1a7a7e66fa6523d4ceff142b86bddaa
Without it, cross-building Octave for Windows results in a program
which gives incorrect results for things like `asin(2)`.
Thank you very much.
