Bug description:
  To reproduce Install upgrade an installed Lubuntu 24.10 with

   do-release-upgrade -d -m desktop -f DistUpgradeViewKDE

  
  Then a graphical prompt to upgrade appears and then the graphical prompt goes away and falls back to the terminal.

  I then had the the graphical upgrade to continue. Instead it went back
