I uploaded the SRU for focal (20.04) to plucky (25.04). Do we need the
older release? The updates/security pockets for the older releases only
have updates to add Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (noble) but nothing newer.

  Several tools rely on the `distro-info` package to tell them which releases are available.
  This package just contains data, with no format changes.

  Minimal, as long as we are only adding new entries (we do this every
  release).

  * "ubuntu-distro-info -df --date=20240520" should name the release in
  full: Ubuntu 25.10 "Questing Quokka"
