The text is meant to be completely hidden, only visible if you press
Escape. So the fact that we see any text at all now during live session
shutdown is the main regression. I think that needs a separate bug.

  You can see it by pressing Escape instead of Enter.

  It seems somewhat related to the fix for bug 1942987, which only
  preloads non-bold text for the live session shutdown splash.
