Several questions:

* Is there a migration plan for the *other* rdeps? Especially for the Ubuntu-specific packages
* Why are we doing this in the first place? This feels like unnecessary delta?

Title:
  Please remove NBS package grub-common

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
grub-common was merged into grub2-common and no longer required.

grub2-common now has a Provides: grub-common, so the new grub2-common
  can satisfy reverse-dependencies on grub-common.

These reverse deps cannot easily be all updated to directly refer to
grub2-common because we would like grub-
efi-{amd64,arm64}-{bin,unsigned} to remain binary copyable to older
  series.
