Here are the remaining steps:
1. Ubuntu archive administrator accepts the noble and plucky uploads to the proposed pocket of the Ubuntu archive.
2. Someone with affected hardware executes the test plan and reports results.
3. At least 1 week from <1> passes.
4. Ubuntu archive administrator promotes the uploads from proposed pocket into updates pocket of Ubuntu archive.

[ Test Plan ]
* Verify Dell SD25TB5 Dock to update firmware from LVFS
$ sudo fwupdmgr modify-config OnlyTrusted false
$ sudo systemctl restart fwupd
$ sudo cp dell-embargo.conf /etc/fwupd/remotes.d/
$ fwupdmgr enable-remote dell-embargo
$ fwupdmgr get-remotes (Verify the status of 'Enabled' is set to 'true' for dell-embargo channel)
$ fwupdmgr refresh --force
$ fwupdmgr get-updates -> see if there is firmware for the dock
$ fwupdmgr update -> starting doing the update
unplug the dock and plug the dock
$ fwupdmgr get-devices -> see if the device firmware got updated
* Verify Dell SD25TB5 Dock to update local firmware
Get DellDockFirmwarePackage_WD25_SD25_Series_XX_YY_ZZ.cab file.
$ sudo fwupdmgr modify-config OnlyTrusted false
$ sudo systemctl restart fwupd
$ fwupdmgr install [XXXX-_XX.XX.XX.cab]/$ fwupdmgr install [XXXX-_XX.XX.XX.cab] --allow-older, find Dock FW can be upgraded/downgraded successfully.
* Verify Dell AIO system with MTK scaler IC firmware update
