Public bug reported:
[ Impact ]
This change does not concern Questing as the added board does not
support RVA23. So this change should not require a feature freeze
exception. But it could make sense to keep our development release in
sync with the LTS for easier future maintenance.
A new JH7110 base board is hitting the market. Let's add it to the
flash-kernel database to be able to support it with our Ubuntu Noble
image.
The following board needs to be added to the database:
Machine: StarFive VisionFive 2 Lite
Kernel-Flavors: any
DTB-Id: starfive/jh7110s-starfive-visionfive-2-lite.dtb
Boot-Script-Path: /boot/boot.scr
U-Boot-Script-Name: bootscr.uboot-generic
Required-Packages: u-boot-tools
[ Test Plan ]
Check that flash-kernel copies the expected device-tree on the following
boards:
* StarFive VisionFive 2 Lite
* StarFive VisionFive 2
[ Where problems could occur ]
If the database all.db is corrupted, the installation of device-trees
might fail.
