Error first appeared using "Software Updater" 
Message appeared:  'Not all upgrades can be installed.
"This may have happened because a previous upgrade failed to complete.
Message was: 
*can be caused by:with some of the installed software.
*Unofficial software
* normal changes of a pre-release version of Ubuntu. 


Firefox  is not updated. 
Now it happens; that many apps in 24.04.3 will not work at all.
It loads OK but is partially broken
