Removing the block-proposed tag to let ubuntu20 migrate which
temporarily defaults to GNU.
Please note the tag is not needed for blocking migration of other
versions, britney does not allow the default choice to be supplied from
universe:

Title:
coreutils-from is in main but coreutils-from-uutils is not
Status in coreutils-from package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Currently in questing-proposed,
coreutils has Pre-Depends: coreutils-from-uutils | coreutils-from-gnu
coreutils is in main
coreutils-from-gnu is in main
coreutils-from-uutils is in universe
It looks like britney would allow this to migrate to questing.
I'm filing a blocker bug because the first alternative for a package
in main ought to be in main. In practice, I think this would result in
the universe Ubuntu Desktop Flavor ISOs to pull in coreutils-from-
uutils but the Ubuntu Desktop and Ubuntu Server ISOs to use coreutils-
from-gnu. I'm guessing people upgrading from plucky would also get
coreutils-from-uutils. This is chaotic.
I think that we need to get coreutils-from-uutils and rust-coreutils
into main before allowing this swap to continue. In other words, this
is blocked by LP: #2111815
Other Info
----------
I think this could be said to be a violation of Debian Policy ยง 2.2.1 once translated to Ubuntu archive specifics.
