env_file option is not supported on Questing Quokka. Please see man
sudoers-rs Command environment section for supported options.

Status in rust-sudo-rs package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  On updating to sudo_1.9.16p2-1ubuntu4 in quakka I now see the warning

  ```
  /etc/sudoers.d/0environment:1:10: unknown setting: 'env_file'
  ```

  The content of this (local) file has been unchanged since before
  Ubuntu 20.04

  ```
  Defaults env_file = /etc/environment_sudo
  ```
