Public bug reported:
'sudo' from sudo-rs (now forced upon users in Ubuntu 25.10) is
incomplete and causes major issues with existing scripts.
I report this for the missing '-E' argument REQUIRED by existing solutions (even snap uses this!).
Upstream report: https://github.com/trifectatechfoundation/sudo-rs/issues/1299
But there are many more issues with sudo-rs:

Stop replacing battle-tested utils (sudo, core-utils) with those alpha-quality programs!
They are not drop-in replacements. They do not fix anything. They are incomplete and buggy.
STOP THIS LUNACY!
