We have rustc-1.85 for Jammy available in the Rust Toolchain Staging
PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~rust-toolchain/+archive/ubuntu/staging/+packages

It will need sponsorship as everyone on the Rust Toolchain team is new
and none of us have upload rights yet.
