  Cant upgrade to 24.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  do-release-upgrade results in errors:
  Could not determine the upgrade
  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade

  All ppas in /etc/apt/sources.list.d are purged to no avail.
