Analyzing the reverse-dependencies again (see LP: #2127788) now that
software-properties has migrated.

$ reverse-depends src:sip4

$ reverse-depends src:sip4 -a source
No reverse dependencies found

Bug description:
  Please remove src:sip4.

  Sip4 currently fails to build in resolute [1] (LP: #2127788) and it
  was already removed in debian unstable [2]. We should remove the
  package in resolute too. It only has software-properties-qt as a
  reverse dependency:

  $ reverse-depends src:sip4
  Reverse-Depends
  ===============
  * software-properties-qt        (for python3-sip)

  $ reverse-depends -a source src:sip4
  No reverse dependencies found

  I applied a patch [3] to software-properties from debian that removes
  the sip4 dependency and it build fine in a ppa [4] and the autopkgtest
  pass too [5].
