The verification of the Stable Release Update for cd-boot-images-amd64
has completed successfully and the package is now being released to
-updates.  Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being
unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report.  In
the event that you encounter a regression using the package from
-updates please report a new bug using ubuntu-bug and tag the bug report
regression-update so we can easily find any regressions.

Bug description:
  [Impact]
  There is a newer GRUB and U-Boot (for risc-v) in Noble than cd-boot-images-* contains.

  These intermediate packages were finally removed in plucky, but
  unfortunately this manual step will be required in >=Jammy and <Plucky
  going forward.

  [Test plan]
  Testing is done for the grub and u-boot uploads on their own, and we'll have ISO testing but only after it's released, so for proposed really no testing necessary, just check it builds and ends up with the right binaries.

  [Where problems could occur]
  Unlikely, the GRUB changes here are extremely minor, this is just to have the versions in sync.
