This bug was fixed in the package s390-tools - 2.37.0-0ubuntu1

---------------
s390-tools (2.37.0-0ubuntu1) plucky; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release. (LP: #2096789)
    - Modify d/p/vendor-remove-unused-deps.patch to reflect latest crates
      in rust-vendor/.
    - Remove d/p/lp-2091549-rust-Cargo.toml-Change-to-thin-local-LTO.patch
      since it's not longer needed.
    - Remove
      d/p/lp-2091549-zipl-src-Fix-incorrect-installation-of-zipl_helper.patch
      since it's no longer needed.
    - Update XS-Vendored-Sources-Rust field in d/control.
    - Update d/copyright and remove superfluous file pattern, sloving a
      lintian warning.
    - Extend d/s390-tools.lintian-overrides to silence three lintian
false positive messages on 'embedded-library libyaml' in Rust code.
    - Modify d/rules and force remove unneeded crates, so that the code lines
do not cause errors if non are there and the script ends successfully.
