[Bug 2093012] [NEW] Grub doesn't detect my external hard drive

Grub 2 isn't detecting my external drive. I noticed if I run grub-
install with the correct parameters for --modules it seems to work. I
lost this setup and am trying to recreate it. This is on the latest
release (Plucky)
