fsck.ntfs is missing because nobody has ever developed an open source
ntfs fixer.

There is an ntfsfix which only fixes a few important parameters, so you
may have to use chkdsk on Windows.

Title:
  fsck.ntfs is missing from Ubuntu’s ntfs-3g package

Status in ntfs-3g package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  fsck.ntfs is missing from Ubuntu’s ntfs-3g package.
  This causes update-initramfs warnings.
Other distros (Debian, etc.) might still include it.
A symlink to ntfsfix may be a workaround.
