To be clear, you'd like for `ubuntu-bug` to return as soon as the GUI shows up?
That change of behavior would break consistency with the UX when there is no GUI, and would also break any script out there that invokes ubuntu-bug and expect it not to return immediately.

  I dont know if i cant close terminal, when report apport bug, since it
  doesnt show any indicator that i can close app

  Instead app should close itseld and let me start writing next command
