  Ubuntu Desktop setting has an error and wont let me open it

Bug description:
  Some reason with the update the Ubuntu Desktop has an error. I managed
  to get Ubuntu to work to the home screen but it now has an error
  saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please report a bug in Launchpad".
