One from developer of Debian found source of this bug. Source if BTRFS
subvolumes
Please find in google what is BTRFS subvolumes
https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu-sn&channel=fs&q=btrfs+subvolume
Main of Ubuntu based distribution use subvolumes. Only Ubuntu Desktop not use subvolumes. Only Ubuntu Desktop finds os-prober correct.
It is very valuable information for developers, how to repair this bug.

Other my tests:
I installed more distributions on the same SSD on ext4 on the same PC. All work correct. On every last installed distribution are automatically displayed previous installed distributions in GRUB. On BTRFS no.
Source of issue are BTRFS subvolumes.

Title:
os-prober bug. Boot issue if are installed more Ubuntu based
distribution on the same SSD
Status in os-prober package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I have more valuable advices for developers how to repair bugs. I successfully repaired bugs.
For understanding please look screenshot attachments, how it is repaired.
I successfully repaired files and folders in EFI partitions, if I have installed more Ubuntu based partitions.
Without this repair, will boot only last installed distributions, and other distribution not possible boot. It is absolutely critical bug.
Program os-prober on actual ubuntu based distribution not work
correct. It not help with boot. I read a lot of guides from google
search how to repair os-prober, but no guide helped me.
Bug 1: all Ubuntu based distribution have “ubuntu” name folder in efi partition.
How to repair bug: every ubuntu linux distribution must have own folder with own name for example “kubuntu”, “lubuntu”.
Bug 2: every Ubuntu based distribution is in UEFI boot menu displayed as “Ubuntu”. Ubuntu based distributions not use program efibootmgr correct.
How to repair bug: name – mean correct every Ubuntu based distribution in UEFI boot menu. For example “Lubuntu”, “Kubuntu”.
Bug 3: Ubuntu Desktop work most disastrous. Ubuntu Desktop remove efi
folders from other previous installed Ubuntu based distributions
during installation. It is critical error.
I repaired this bug with backup-restore method and rename folders in EFI partition.
I repaired this bug with efibootmgr too.
