Bug description:
  The latest upload of pairtools no longer builds on 32-bit
  architectures, and currently blocks the numpy2 transition.

  Please remove the armhf binaries of pairtools from plucky:

  python3-pairtools-examples | 1.1.2-1         | plucky/universe          | armhf
