to avoid issues with an outdated and duplicate script. (LP: #2098500)
* Add the new zpwr tool that allows to report LPAR level power consumption
by adding the following two upstream commits as patches (LP: #2098358):
- d/p/lp-2098358-s390-tools-Add-zpwr-tool.patch
- d/p/lp-2098358-zpwr-Add-man-page-for-zpwr-tool.patch

Remove scsi_logging_level from s390-tools,
by cherry-picking commit 16add4a "scsi_logging_level: Delete SCSI logging script"
(https://github.com/ibm-s390-linux/s390-tools/commit/16add4a4ae3d8b1d491d24a14e932f3dc05e79b1),
since there is a newer version in sg3_utils, and to avoid having two (slightly different) version on a system.
