libcbor (0.10.2-2ubuntu1) plucky; urgency=medium

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #2098846). Remaining changes:
    - d/rules: add hardening=+all
    - d/rules: override auto_configure to enable tests and set the build type
      to "Release" as shown in the upstream build instructions.
