Bug description:
Images: http://releases.ubuntu.com/xenial/ubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso
Boot mode: both UEFI, Legacy BIOS
Unable to type any Traditional Chinese characters, even if you try to
search the input methods name, they are in local language and users
won't able to search but only looking by there eyes.
However the default input method pacakge doesn't get install until
user open 'gnome-language-selector' to get every necessary packages
installed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh install via 'Try Ubuntu'
(If you boot from legacy you will able to select live environment languages)
2. Select "Traditional Chinese", 繁體中文
3. Ticked Download Update during installation
4. Finished installation and reboot
Expected result:
With proper, Bopomofo(fctix-chewing), input method installed, so user
could start typing and searching.
Actual result:
No usable input method available in fctix menu.
