  Step 16 of install - CD-ROM opened but then machine hung

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  In Install (auto-resize) in Lubuntu Desktop i386 in Xenial Daily step
  16 where I am supposed to remove the media and hit enter, the CD-ROM
  opened so I was able to remove the media, but then the machine hung.
  There was no enter button for me to hit.
