  No "Remove media" prompt after installation finished

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  After the installation process, Clicking the "Restart now" button, no
  prompt to remove media appears. The screen just turns black and the
  computer is not responsive to keyboard or mouse. After a reset, the
  machine boots up fine though.
