Title:
Wrong time displayed in logs during Ubuntu 20.04 installation

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I am installing Ubuntu 20.04 LTS from USB. I got the ISO from
  https://ubuntu.com/download

During the GUI installation (copying files etc) the time in the
detailed log is one hour behing the time displayed at the top.

I would expect the two times to be synchronized, otherwise it looks
  like the installation is hanging.

I set the time zone to Berlin and connected to the internet via WIFI.
