Bug description:
  Once an "The application 'Install Ubuntu' has closed unexpectedly"
  alert <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ErrorTracker#app-crash> appears for
  Ubiquity crashes, the custom "Installer crashed" alert
  <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/69370272/ubuntu_installer_crash.JPG>
  should no longer appear.
