Title:
Allow one to customize which third-party packages are installed

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Currently in the "Preparing to Install Ubuntu" section there is a
check-box you can check which reads "Install third-party software for
graphics and Wi-Fi hardware, Flash, MP3 and other media".

I think that you should be able to expand that, or that there should
be some sort of button allowing you to access more advanced options
which display to you exactly what third-party pieces of software will
be installed, and allow you to also change which ones. For instance if
there is a list of all the software that will be installed in addition
when you check the third-party software option, all the packages there
will be ticked, but you will be able to untick any that you like,
though if one depends on another, unticking a dependency of another
package which grey out that package and a hover over tooltip or
something similar will reveal to you that it requires a package you
have unticked as a dependency, it will also specify the package(s).

This would be useful to me to know what extra stuff is being
installed, and also because for instance it installs Flash and for
security reasons I don't want Flash, but I do want all the other
stuff, so it would be nice if I could customize the list of the
additional third-party software to be installed a little bit more.
