Title:
can't change keyboard layout when setting up a SSID name during
  installation of Xubuntu 13.04

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
i have a bug. i need to tell you about that. and i cant use apport or
whatever, because it's an "Xubuntu 13.04 32 bit CD" Installation
  process bug.

it's about connecting to a wifi network during installation. i choose
russian language for the installation on previous steps and the text
field for the wi-fi network name (ssid) is unable to change it
keyboard layout. so i was able to only type russian letters in this
  field. any key kombinations like
(L,R)ctrl+shift,(L,R)alt+shift, shift+shift are not working there for
changing a layout. so i continue installation process w/o wi-fi
  connection.

just check it and post a bug by yourself please. or ask me if you need
  some additional info.
