Title:
Default grub boot device needs to not be /dev/mmcblk0

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Ubiquity defaults to installing grub to /dev/mmcblk0 if it exists.
This often causes installation failures. It should use /dev/sda
whether or not there is a /dev/mmcblk0.
