Title:
  installation fails in ViaC3 processor

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

I'm trying to install ubuntu in a hardware configuration (Via C3
Nehemiah processor, 512mb ram, 40gb hdd, DVD external unit). I use
unetbootin to create an USB boot, The systems boot and start install
until stops with errors at Ubiquity intallation point. I make another
ISO download (junt in case of ISO corrupted, I check this time with de
MD5 sum). Burn a CD with Ubuntu and try to install again using a DVD
External unit (usb). Al the things works perfectly until Ubiquity...
at this point the installation show errors and stop. I try to use the
same disc in another PC hardware and the installation proceed without
  problems.

  Some incompatibility?
  How can I test this?
