  Failed Ubuntu Installer for Windows

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I am attempting to install Ubuntu to run along side of Vista, then once it works well delete Vista.
  Using the online Ubuntu Installer for Windows, found here, http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download-wubi
  I am able to download the wubi.exe program and begin the installation, however, I repeatedly get the following error message in the install log (help please! -- jmrdith2001 @ yahoo.com):
