  On intel gfx stack I see no enter to reboot prompt

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Complete the install of the latest iso on a machine with intel gfx

  EXPECTED:
  I expect to see the dialogue say Press Enter to reboot (or words to that effect)

  ACTUAL:
  I am deposited into a terminal session that I can't escape.  Hitting enter at this point just move the cursor down a line, no commands function so I am left to press and hold the power button to turn off the system.
