Bug description:
  The current yakkety desktop amd64 iso with md5sum
  23bf295e2c8f604dbd2d90106a246b4f is selecting a non-English language
  when running through the English tests. I was working on updates to
  other tests, and noticed this started occurring when I updated to the
  latest iso. I've got some additional investigation to do to determine
  whether it's affecting pending images and whether the problem will
  start to appear in the other tests running in jenkins.
