  installer crashes when performing "clean" install

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When trying to delete all data from partition to install OS, the
  installer unexpectedly crashed. When attempting to continue to
  reformat harddrive and install Ubuntu Studio, the installer would go
  back 1 or 2 steps, repeating the process, then crash after selecting
  an install type.
