  No 'Choose a Security Key' Screen

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  While installing encrypted LVM Kubuntu there is no 'Choose a security
  key' Screen. We have to type the security key on the 'Installation
  Type' screen. (refer to the screenshot attached)
