  impossible to back out to a country selection

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  In oem-config-debconf mode, if a country & locale have been preseeded,
  the oem-config starts off with the timezone selection e.g.
  Eastern/Central/Mountain time. The help text indicates one should be
  able to go "back" to pick a different country, however no "back"
  button is available.

  Possibly a bug in the oem install, that a country/timezone/locale have
  been specified.
