   This HD crashed on intallation of Ubuntu zesty.

Bug description:
  This is HD is only about 8 months old.  I don't know what to do as I'm
  fairly new using ubuntu. The installation failed just as I was
  starting to put my name and password in. Sorry about such a small
  crash report! If I can help further just drop me an note and THANK YOU
  for trying to help>
