Bug description:
  On Ubuntu 16.04.1 and 16.04.2 (x86_64), if I preseed:

  d-i passwd/user-password password mypassword
  d-i passwd/user-password-again password mypassword
  d-i user-setup/allow-password-weak boolean true

  The graphical installer does not show any bullets in the password
  fields.
