  did not install, just want a working laptop

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  ran installed, suddenly installer failed. now when i load it it says
  ubi partman failed with exit code 10. Now windows 10 is nuked and this
  laptop has no OS and i'm affraid to even restart it as it's my only
  comp. plz send help

  this was with kubuntu .10, not the .4 release. tried to install it
  from the USB
