  Can't login if third-party software is enabled

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 18.04.3
  Fresh install
  If "Third Party Drivers" is checked during install, then I can't login.  It flashes to black screen, then login screen shown again.

  System:
  Core-i7 2600
  NVidia 1660 6GB
  16GB RAM
