  sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) while installing
  ubuntu

Bug description:
  I get the message "The following packages are in a broken state" but
  there is nothing written after.

  Then, the message continues, "This may be due to using an old
  installer image or it may be due to a bug in some of the packages. The
  installer will try to continue anyway..." and then the installer
  failed.
