  Lubuntu installer crashed

Bug description:
  I was attemping to install Lubuntu on a flash drive on a computer that
  has Windows XP. The installer crashed after about 75% of the process
  had been completed: a process that had already taken several hours.

  I was trying to install the latest long term support distribution from
  a DVD.
