Title:
Tried to install on USB-Stick, failed.

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Well, I expected an fully automatic process sending all the required
  data automagically to you.

I try to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS from DVD onto an USB-Stick. I
already removed the hard disk, so it can not interfere. Today I
changed the USB-Stick from MBR to GPT, and tried to 'delete all, make
  fresh install', which crashed.
