  contstant bottload loop, tried to fix with a USB ISO, not working

Bug description:
  Can't boot anymore. Doesn't appear to be hardware issue, but I can't
  boot anymore. Tried to use a version of Ubuntu as an ISO on a USB
  stick, not working.
