Title:
  I was installing Ubuntu 19.04 after formatting the disk(which took 6
  hours)

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Disk was formatted by using the "Try Ubuntu option". It was a 1TB disk
  which was formatted over a period of 6 hours.

  Once that was done, I was in the process of installing 19.04 when it
  crashed.
